Hi, I’m Kristina (with a K, obviously).

I’m an ex-classical violinist turned researcher and certified life coach coming back to the arts after having a dumb accident with my left hand (code words: kitchen blender, fingers and surgery). I once forgot I loved writing, but I never stopped dreaming of it. This is my way back — through essays about memory, travels, seasons, and the quiet and not-so-quiet moments that shape our lives.

I believe that in our rushed world, pausing to notice small details — the turn of a season, a line in a book, a morning light — helps us remember what we love, again.
